Is there a tech support team to contact in regards to employee dashboard?
I recently applied to a position using my profile I have as referral contact, at the completion of the application, it asked me to sign into my account. For whatever reason it had me create a new profile before submission, so now I have two accounts under the same email address. One has a dashboard of a previous job I applied for earlier this year, and the other account does not have a dashboard, only that it has confirmation I submitted the application. If I look at my old profile there is no record of my submission, but if I look at my recent created profile there is a record. (Same email address but different passwords) I received email notifications, I have a profile set up which the one I just created does not give you the option.

Completely bummed I received a TBNT email before getting an opportunity to take the test. Quite puzzled I was selected my first time I applied over a year ago pre-covid to take the dispatcher test down in Dallas, and this time around I was not even selected even though they encouraged us to re-apply. I know of many dispatchers at Southwest who did not pass the the dispatcher test their first time. Anyhow, I was completely bummed because I felt well prepared this time around for the test. Sure was a punch a gut when you were so close the previous time. Good luck to everybody.
