Good afternoon,
I received a voice-mail yesterday. I applied for a customer service agent position in Austin. I was informed I was being invited to interview and I woukd receive an email with interview times and I needed to respond by 11am today 3/1/2022.. however, I did not receive the email and the gentleman that called only stated his first name and no contact information and called from private number. I am reaching out because I am interested in the position and I certainly don't want them to think I am did not respond because I am not interested.. any suggestions? Any help would be appreciated.
