Im not happy about the discontinuing of SWA service to/fromTampa/ West Palm beach, I really hope you will change this back soon, as this is something myself and several colleagues rely on at least once every week. This is terrible and needs to be addressed.
Every time I board that flight it is always full of passengers many are deplaning from/to TPA/WPB and I know there are many disappointed business travelers that feel the same. SWA, please take at this closer look, I understand that one needs to make adjustments in order to stay profitable especially in trying times but to completely element the service all together I think is a big mistake... I have been a loyal customer and FF since March/96 as my card reads.
