Hello Fellow Co-workers!
I just got my start date for September 12, for OPS Agent. I saw a few post with people starting on October 3 with different job titles. Some of the new employee information will probably be the same for all of us, like company policies etc… so maybe after a few days they will break us into different groups. Just speculating, cause I really don’t know (lol) just excited!

Good Morning! I interviewed on 7/12 received offer letter on 7/15. On 8/17 I received emails & phone call from recruiter with instructions to set up fingerprint, background & drug test, it had to be done by the 8/19. A few days later I received congrats email saying employment screening complete. I reached out to recruiter who told me to look out for email or phone call from coordinator for next steps.

Hi, I received email from Sterling and also recruiter saying all clear, was told to look out from email or phone contact from coordinator, it’s been 2 days so far hopefully i will hear something soon. Keep you posted

I did receive all emails and a call from a recruiter around August 17. I immediately scheduled drug testing and fingerprints. A couple of days ago I got an email saying screening complete. I contacted recruiter who told me I was cleared and would hear from a coordinator by email or phone. Still excited and patiently waiting. Will keep you posted,

Congratulations to you! I just received email yesterday saying my employment screening process is complete. So excited, I reached out to recruiter today and was confirmed Ive been cleared just have to wait for coordinator to reach out. Hopefully is wont be much longer.

Hi, I received my offer letter on July 15, I still have not gotten emails for background, drug or fingerprints yet. However I reached out to a recruiter who said I’m in the employment screening phase and when the Background team gets to my file they will communicate by email or dashboard. So i guess we should just continue to check emails and candidate home page for any updates. Hope all goes well.

Good day,
Thank you so much for your post. I interviewed on July 12 and received contingent offer email on July 15. I check emails and candidate page several times a day, but still have not received emails to complete hiring process. Under My tasks status still says in process. I was thinking of reaching out to recruiter that interviewed me on Linkedin but not sure if that would seem as if I'm being a little anxious and impatient.

Good Day,
I have been patiently waiting for emails to complete hiring process since July 15. when I received contingent letter. I check the SWA Candidate home page for new tasks daily, it still says in process. Can anyone tell me, when you receive your finger print, drug testing and background emails do they also show on candidate page as Tasks to Complete?

Hi, I'm also waiting. Received offer letter on July 15, today is August 1 and I still have not received the emails to complete the hiring process. I sent an email to recruiter listed on the contigent offer letter, so far no response. On the letter is does say that process can take up to 4-6 weeks to complete. From reading several post is seems like other people also went through same process. Please share any helpful information. Thanks

On July 15, almost two weeks I received my contingent offer letter, saying congratulations.
I was so excited! I logged into SWA candiate home page and completed the steps which included, accept offer , verify covid vaccine, DOT questionaire, and personal information. I was told I would receive 3 separate emails for drug test, fingeprint scheduling, and work history document, Throughout the day I check email so I wont miss anything. The postion is for OPS agent. Anyone that has been through this process can you please tell me will I receive these emails from venders that will do testing or Southwest?
