I’m pretty sure you will have to wait a year before you can reapply if you withdraw. If you are still waiting for a start date, I would consider continuing to work in the meantime and making the decision between your current job and Southwest when the time comes. Thanks so much. Yes, they are taking a long time. I have completed all the other steps with the other company, and I think I will get a Start Date soon. I just did not want to mess my chances up of getting hired by Southwest in the Future, should I want to work for them at another time.
I did not know if I turn down the job, would that mess me up for future hiring,
The thing is I need a job NOW, and I have to go with whatever company has a solid confirmed job on the table for me.

I know as a Southwest Airline Employee you get Free Standby Travel ? I am aware that Southwest travels to a few international places.
However, what about the places that Southwest does not fly to like LONDON, CHINA, JAPAN, or other countries? How can Southwest Airlines employees travel to those countries using Travel Benefits ?
Can Southwest Airlines Employees Travel Internationally on other Airlines? Is it FREE? How does all that work?
