It is OK to reach out to your recruiter/HR hiring person when you are at this point. The particular person may be on PTO last week and this week. They may also be in the office this week. We have a company holiday on Monday 1/2/2023. I would email or call them (if you have their number). I currently work for SWA.

I understand you are eligible on your first day of employment for standby flights on SW. Can you use that benefit in your first week or there is a period of time that it takes for you to get registered in the system. If so, approximately how long after your first day can you begin using?

After the interview whether phone or video, they will tell you the date that you’ll hear back on whether or not you’re moving onto the next step. I don’t know if they hire on the spot for that position. Background & drug test will take a week to come back.
