This is absolutely not ok. I bought a hard side suitcase on the 10 th of September it was delivered on the 15 th of September. I flew from Colorado Springs to Tampa on the 20 th and my suitcase is cracked in two different areas. Now they are saying they have a company that will replace my suitcase, the problem is they don’t carry the same suitcase that they damaged, and that mean it won’t match my other pieces.
