Because it was weird because I did not get a confirmation that they received my application right so getting that email kinda had me thinking. Plus I see some persons mentioned that they have to go through a phone interview then zoom interview and in person interview and didn’t get any of that.

So I applied for a customer service position online. I didn’t get the email confirmation to say that my application was received. However, I received an email to days later I just want to know if this is a scam or it’s actually real.
