This post is a warning that the website and app do not work right now, in the middle of this holiday mess. My flight in my layover city on the 25th was cancelled. I received a text on 12/26 saying it was rebooked for 5:05am on the 28th and received a text later saying that flight was also cancelled. The website maintains that the flight tomorrow morning is still happening. The app says it is cancelled but can be rebooked. When I try to rebook (I actually want to cancel but am told I will not receive a refund), the app gives an error. I am in limbo. Of course, you can't get a human on the phone - only a busy signal or hangup in the middle of a hold. And good luck getting your luggage.

Not true. My flight in my layover city on the 25th was cancelled. We kept seeing delay updates on the board and then it finally cancelled 7 hours later. I received a text the next day saying it was rebooked for 5:05am on the 28th (tomorrow). I received a text yesterday saying that flight was cancelled. The website maintains that the flight tomorrow morning is still happening. The website still maintains that the layover flight went out as originally scheduled. I am in limbo with no flight tomorrow.
