Thanks for the info. Unfortunately Southwest often contracts their own wheelchair third party separate from the airports. We have never had a problem with the airports contactor but have had differing answers with Southwests.

We often get to the airport early and wait in a lounge. What is Southwest policies about wheelchair assistance to and from the lounges and gates?
