I appreciate the efforts, and it's important that all companies employ non-discrimination policies in general. Suggestion: I was disappointed recently when I signed up for your rewards program and saw that one must choose a gender but that non-binary was not an option. Biological sex is different from gender (a social construct), and if you're asking for gender it would be inclusive and accurate to have more options. Thank you.
