I have an iPad 9 with newest updated sw and it still wont play Southwest Inflight entertainment. My Android phone plays it fine. I will get the SW Wi-Fi working, and get into the inflight app. I can even scroll thru all the movies and TV stations; but when I press on any of them, nothing happens. I think all my settings are good, but maybe I'm missing something? I think I remember it working a while back, but not in last 2 yrs or so. Any suggestions?

I cant even watch TV. I have an iPad 9 with updated IOS. It was working last year, but did not work in February or 2 days ago. I get on the app, choose a movie, click on "Watch" and nothing happens. Same with TV. My wife's iPhone 11 got on fine, no problems. what is going on?!?

I have an iPad 9 and could not watch TV or Movies 2 days ago, or back in February when I flew. Before that, I had no problem. What is going on? Very Frustrating.
I can open the App/site, choose a movie and nothing happens; same on TV.
