I completed the requirements for the Companion Pass promotion from March 2024. After I completed the 2nd flight, my RR account showed a congratulations screen saying that I had earned the Promotional Companion Pass valid August 5-October 2, 2024. It also said I would receive an email with more information, but I never did. Now if I go to the RR promotions page in my account, this congratulations screen is no longer there. Has this happened to anyone else or does anyone know why this is?
