Hello,
I recently booked a trip through the southwest hotel booking to use my RR points towards my stay. Well now that we have checked out, I noticed none of my points were used for this stay, which in return charged my southwest credit card the full fee of the stay. I have already tried to contact booking.com and they said it would be through southwest, that they had no access to this to help. I cannot find any number to call to speak to someone, but wanted to know if there was a way to use my points now that I've been charged towards my credit card bill now? Or if anyone can point me in the direction I need to take to get an answer for this please. Thanks
