For passengers with disabilities they should show proof of being disabled. To many use this to board early. In PA if we have a disability placard they also provide you with a card showing you are disabled and have a placard. You must go through your physician for this certification to apply for the placard. This would cut down on the disability fraud to board the plane first!!!
