Hi Andrea, does Southwest still give free tickets to agencies where its employees volunteer? I work at a school in East Oakland and one of the dads is a SWA employee and he has volunteered dozens if not hundreds of hours here. It's great to see another dad so involved and he does it because he cares deeply about his kids and their education. It would be great if Southwest could make a donation to honor his participation.
