Southwest customer service could not help
the offer was FAULTY!
That is why I reached out.
You had an offer that did not work at all.
There was no link to book
There was no promo code, anywhere.
I wouldn’t have gone to all this trouble but I wanted YOU, Southwest, to know there was in issue!
I did not receive this as a special private offer in an email or text,
It was on the official Southwest website!!
You didn’t even need to log in to see it.
