Same here too. Someone purchase tickets on back to back days from 2 different states. I didn't know either. I happen to log on to check if my purchase points were added and notice my balance was low. This system is crazy because all of my info in the account was changed also and I didn't receive an email. When I try to make purchase online it says my account is on hold yet it will let me log into to my travel account. It won't let me change my info back or even change the password. Customer service says they are investigating but meanwhile I can't earn points from online shopping. It should be easy to catch the person or people there are cameras at the airport and the person on the ticket has to have ID. The tickets were purchased on the same day as the travel. This has got to an inside job.
