Southwest Airlines Community

Hello, I understand this position requires the applicant to be at least full time based on the educational institution, however I am not able to be classified as full time as the institution does not offer enough of my required courses within a semester so wondering if this would be considered an exception potentially?    Also, when will my references be contacted as preferably I would like to be notified before hand to give my current employer a heads up.   Thanks ...
