The fact that you have to fake book flights and cancel them to combine credits (even from the same confirmation number) is absolutely absurd. The fact that the phone reps tell you to do this because they aren’t capable tells me they are working on very antiquated equipment. This method isn’t a loophole to me, but a failure to keep up with the technology needed to run a successful company.
