Southwest Airlines Community

I will be so sad if they end it.  Whenever I have to fly another airline I laugh at how slowly people get on and off.  Southwest always feels like a friendly community, but not those other airlines.  Once they get rid of the things that make Southwest unique, what advantage will they have? ...
