Thankful for this but...
Mobile apps still need quite a bit of work... They shouldn't just be ports of the mobile website, but rather a unique experience for each platform (iOS and Android...).
The iOS app specifically needs passbook... I hope y'all are working on a complete overhaul of the app. As an airline that prides itself on being the first to have a mobile app, SWA has fallen far behind the pack.

Really not a fan of either the iPhone app or the mobile website... The user interface is very tacky and rudimentary. Both have terrible gradients on all the buttons... The iPhone app is just a ported web app... While it ensures constancy, it hinders what a truly native app could achieve. Please, either hire web and app developers with more experience, or outsource the development of them. Take a look at Delta, they have fantastic offerings for smartphone users, as do most other airlines as compared to SWA.
