Really? Some apology: "We're very sorry that you were offended, but we were right."
Furthermore, even though I fit between the seats, I will never fly Southwest again because I would not want to risk the embarrassment resulting from *your own staff not following your polices* and being arbitrary about who they kick off the plane. This could not be a more clear case of yet another instance of airline staff abusing their power.
