The new boarding system is worse that the old one. Everyone believes SWA is doing this to keep fares low, but has anyone compared SWA fares to other carries that provide reserved seats. SWA prices are now about the same as all the other carriers now. Why deal with this joke of a boarding system when you can book a full service carrier for about the same price and not deal with this mess. I recently flew SWA and many families couldn't find seats together since they were in the bottom of the B or C groups. We were delayed for about 20 minutes on one leg because no one would move to allow a toddler sit next to his mother. Great system! The old system worked much better. Many people I work with that have families will not fly SWA anymore. Bring back Herb!!
