It looks like soon you won't have the problem of not enough space to accommodate the average American in your flights, as it sounds as though they will soon be half empty. Perhaps it's time to take a look at your policies and your seat size. It might also help to give lessons on etiquette for your flight personnel. What ever happened to the "service" part of the service industry? Whomever had the bright idea of okaying this "apology" might have to take some responsibility for that outcome.
