I flew Southwest for the first time on April 15th to see my daughter in Portland. It was also my first time flying as a handicapped person. I was very anxious to say the least. My daughter told me everything would be OK. She was wrong. It was FABULOUS!!!! Southwest more than exceeded anything I imagined. Everyone was so accomodating I didn't feel like a burden. Plus I arrived to my destination feeling ready to go rather than ready to go to bed. We even had an unexpected plane change and it was so seamless it was as if I never moved from my seat. My return home was just as easy. I would highly recommend Southwest to anyone flying but especially to a person who needs extra assistance.
