Great....Every day I think positively about the homeless, hungry, and unemployed but that does not house, feed, or provide them work. Let's move on from the SWA Corporate pablum and platitudes. As a Frontier employee, I have no problem with joining SWA and being treated as an employee. Only apparently, in their minds I will not be one of their employees if they acquire Frontier. I have a huge problem being told they will become owners of my company, take the profits my efforts and contributions generate, but that I do not really work for them. Maybe, just maybe, after they are done winding down the Airbus fleet and they do not need me for that work anymore, they might, just might if they need me then, give me a chance to interview for them. Wow...that is some employee based culture.
How about just being honest with everyone?
