My husband & I recently flew Southwest round trip from Sacramento to Baltimore. I cannot eat peanuts and asked for pretzels each time the snacks were passed out. I had to keep asking for the pretzels. My suggestion is that the pretzels are carried with the peanuts so that passengers can opt for either one. I know that the stewards/stewardesses are pressed for time ... and carrying both peanuts and pretzels at the same time would please everyone. Other than this one complaint, the flights were pleasant. Since I need wheelchair assistance, the pre-boarding went very well. I am happy with Southwest, and will use SW to fly again .... maybe not soon .... as I am one of those passsengers who does not like flying ... only do so when necessary.
