I am a devoted SWA customer because of the great customer service they have given me over the years. I won't fly any other airline unless I'm traveling to a place that SWA doesn't fly.
I recently had to cancel a flight ticketed to my husband and was able to book my daughter on that ticket/fare without any hassles. I want to thank Sandy in Customer Relations for making this happen. She was so helpful and made it all come together in a matter of days.
I have no complaints with SWA and recommend them to everyone I know.
