I've been flying SW since our oldest son headed to the Naval Academy. SW had just started flying into BWI in '96. Within a couple of years I earned my first Companion Pass and my wife has been flying free ever since.
I try my hardest to fly Southwest and have been known to fly into a city other than my final destination and rent a car for the final leg rather than fly on a competitor's airline.
In the years since we started flying Southwest, my wife and I have been able to travel frequently to see our three kids and the grandchildren as well as extended family. We couldn't have afforded many of those trips if it hadn't been for the low fares, Rapid Rewards and Companion Passes from Southwest. Thank you Southwest for helping us build lasting memories with family.
