I'm not a blogger. Yikes, probably on the wrong place to post this. But I've been flying Southwest for years and am constantly surprised by the great customer service. On New Year's Day, our flight was delayed by 2+ hours out of Chicago. No big deal to us, there was lots of snow, so cleary it was no one's fault. But the Flight Attendants at Southwest went out of their way to apologize for the delay and make us feel special on the flight. What amazing customer service we got. Way to go Southwest!!!
