We flew many airlines before SW. First time we took our kids on SW, the flight attendants threw peanuts at them, and joked during the announcements. We were hooked. it was the funniest flight experience I had ever encountered.
We've flown SW ever since; and, I even "coerced" my HR Department at work to let me go out of the norm and fly SW. Besides, it saved them money, even though the State contracted with a travel agency for airfare. (And I told other department Heads how their budgets could be positively impacted by saving travel money).
