This new city selection seems a bit odd since BWI is already so huge for Southwest. I was sure Charlotte, NC would be next or maybe Atlanta.

The boarding pass that you get on the website doesn't even explain the seating procedures. This is a defenite problem for first time flyers who board themselves on a very easy to use site, but don't even understand the big letter in the middle of the page. SWA needs to put it clearly on the boarding pass explaining how seating works. I think it use to appear on those old boarding paddles?

I've heard SWA is not allowed to refuse disabled preboard to someone not in a wheelchair. I think the customers who get a "C" boarding pass are learning this trick.

Im seeing alot of customers have their neighbor or relatives board them online, since they may not have a computer. In this case the actual customer isn't checking in. It will be interesting to see how this lawsuit SWA filed against boardfirst.com plays out. Has there been any discussions of issuing A, B, or C as the ticket is purchased? That would sure stop 3rd party sites as the group would already be decided 24 hour prior.
