I watch your show "Airline" as often as I can. The way you handle even the most difficult problems is very impressive. I have flown your airline in the past and hope someday my wife and I will be able to do so again. She has always been apprehensive about flying but got to the point where she told me where we want to go, if Soutwest doen't fly there, we are not going by air. We hope to start traveling soon, since we both are having health problerms now, as older people usually do, I am 65 she is 62, and when we do, we will surley fy Southwest. We would love to go to Phoenix on our first trip so we are saving now for it.
