I don't think it should be in the ticket price because a lot of people don't take their computers with them, like me. People who want wi-fi, let them buy a yearly membership or have them buy tickets. I'd much prefer that we can pick our seats when we buy our tickets instead of having to get on line exactly 24 hours prior to get an A seat. SW is my favorite airline. All personnel are so pleasant and always with a smile.
