I think the new boarding process is great. I hated standing in line and hoping that the person in front of me didn't have 16 friends they were saving space for. And nothing is more disgusting than seeing someone spralled all over the floor with all their luggage because they didn't want to check it. I also don't mind the families too much, although I know my grandchildren can be a pest...... ! The new design is great also and to let you know, we only fly SW unless absoutley necessary to fly something else, and wouldn't change for anything. We have always had wonderful service from all the employees.
