He’s flying nonrevenue…
Soon after that,
He’s getting paid to play…
He’s got himself a job as a Southwest RSA.

My impression of living and working the Southwest way has had a great foundation set by Tammy Slaughter and Ed Boerner, our training coordinators and Kelli Wehba, our facilitator. From what I have experienced so far, the sky is the limit for me with Southwest Airlines.
I am proud to be a member of the Southwest Airlines family. My commitments to Southwest Airlines are that I will strive to deliver Positively Outrageous Service to every customer and I will do whatever I can to save and make money for the company and myself in the performance of my job.
