Bill: Your story truly "made" my day :)--thanks so much for sharing. Incidentally, I share your belief that we have hundreds (if not thousands) of caring Employees in Ground Ops, Dispatch, and CSC who are our Unsung Heroes making critically important and meaningful positive decisions on a daily (maybe even hourly) basis simply by "doing the right thing" for our Valued Customers and every one of those acts of kindness validate how absolutely fantastic the Culture is at our LUV airline.
