What happens with cell phones and the like that are left on the plane and then unclaimed? Or items used at the ticket counters, offices, etc or by staff? Maybe check into a fundraising by recycling program and have those used, unclaimed items make some funds that can be donated to a non profit that Southwest Airline supports?
