Personally I hate this idea. I don't want to have to pay $20 more round trip to gain a decent seat on your flights. Adding this fee basically forces customers to pay an upgrade or they may be stuck with a seat they don't like (aka middle seat).
I hope you listen to the negative comments you are receiving on this and give up on this idea. I'm surprised to see only 3 comments on this, and not surprised that none are positive.
