As a business owner that built his business around the routes that Southwest offers over the last 15 years, I have NO concerns over safety concerning Southwest. Matter of fact, if one of my employees is traveling, and a competing airliner is cheaper, I recommend they go with Southwest because of safety.
No airline comes close to Southwest when it comes to success in business or safety. I trust the management of Southwest over the government any day of the week.
