Have you, Colleen, Herb, et al, considered specific acknowledgement categories for long term, true blue,
loyal to a fault customers? For example, a special ack for people who were Rapid Reward customers before Herb hatched the
25th anniversary celebration and chaos? Or something for those who have been a companion pass holder for 5 or 10
consecutive years? Or some membership category for abundant participation for 15 or 20 years?
Your support of all of us customers is very much appreciated and award winning, and we all luv ya ta pieces. It just seems that
special awards and support for committed (no pun intended) customers might be worth examining.
