Too busy. I appreciate the more dynamic feel, but way too much there.
I like the new top bar but then the remainder of the page looks like it belongs to a totally different site. If it were me, I would move the Reservation Form back to the right column, and as the first item. Then style the right column to match with the top bar. Glue it together and make it task driven. If a person has made it to the site, the battle is half won, now you need to make it easy for them to make a reservation and get pertinent info.
My two cents.

Strange, this is the second email I have gotten lately that I needed to validate. The first came from an ISP that should have known better. Additionally I had two people in my office ask about the SWA email as well. I agree with the comments above, drop the links. Let the person find their own way to your site and then give them a nice link on your page.

Somehow I think Southwest is retreating from what made them not only less expensive but also almost a statement when selected. Price at this point is not what concerns me, but the process and quiet classification of the customer does. If you look into Southwest's history, they always seemed to be ahead of the crowd in meeting a challenge. Their solutions were audacious to some respects as well as innovative. Now, not so much. I was not happy with business select and this new early bird option makes me less so. Innovation seems to be dwindling into the mediocre. I would be happier if Southwest just raised their prices at this point a bit to adjust across the board and kept the model that worked so well over the years.

Thank you Southwest. You were wonderful all these years, I have been flying with you since the early 70s. Unless forced to do so, you were my selection for business and leisure travel. You were the tough, little spunky guy who created your own ethic and business model. You were cool and professional to a Tee. You have had my trust all these years, always getting me home, keeping things real and sometimes getting a good laugh from me at the same time. At times, I took a more expensive flight with you because that trust existed.
But now, now you are just like the other airlines. You have just put me in a C L A S S. I cannot tolerate that. It is shameful. Everyone was equal, now we are not.
I can't say I will never fly Southwest again. Sometimes you will be the only game in town . But I can say you have opened up the door for me to look at the others guys.
