I know people who have been treated very rudely by SWA staff because they were minorities or because they were overweight - also from the Bay Area where I live. This is nothing new and I saw this coming a long time ago. SWA policies need to change regarding people who are overweight or minorities. And Until that does not change I will Boycott this airline and tell my workers and the general public to do the same.
By the way, this letter that you wrote is trash and you know it. And if you don't see that then that's on you and I will never ever do any business with such people ever again.
