Can I create a National profile on SW web site and record Emerald Club # so that when I book a car through SW, I get Emerald Club benefits?

Would be so convienent if Rapid Rewards profile would contain partner IDs so that when a car or hotel is booked, the Id is passed to the reservation. Quite inconvenient to get to rental car counter and find the booking is not an express/partner booking that bypasses the huge line just because I forgot to enter the frequent user ID for that partner or the SW web site did not pass on the id to the partner reservation.

Why doesn't My Southwest Account profile include ability to designate preferred contact method and flight notification instead of having to indicate these preferences on each transaction?

Would like to see more about customer service topics such as baggage, lost and found, general feedback, web site feedback. None of your sites have a feedback contact which is most unusual, but then you have no eMail to the outside world either. Seems like a more robusts blog in the service area would fill in for the unbelievable deficiency.
