I am sitting waiting for stand-by for a flight that was cancelled (not weather related). I am on hour 4 of my wait - having missed stand-by for 2 other flights that have come on gone. My ranking on the list keeps dropping for an unexplained reson. (People making connections??? We are going to Burbank and there are noconnections at this time of night.)
SWA has done a good job helping frequent flyers with A_List and Priority Security. Why are A-Listers given priority on stand-by for cancelled flights? WIth 65+ flights per year stand-by prioity would make sense
