I'm a Frontier ramper in Denver and, after reading through these blogs, I have to say that I'm utterly ashamed to be a F9 employee. It's disgusting and disgraceful the way some of our employees have spewed hate on these blogs. Hate towards people they don't even know and whom have no control over what Southwest has done in the past or is planning to do. I could have sworn we'd be better than this. I was sorely mistaken.
Character is defined as someone with "moral or ethical qualities". Sadly, some of our employees have been in short supply of this in the last few weeks. I know this is way overdue and may not mean much, but I'd like to apologize for the actions of a few of our stupid employees. I'm thinking the majority of Frontier doesn't share this same mentality (at least I hope).
The fact of the matter is, no one knows what's going to happen in the future. It's possible that this move could be a positive for Frontier employees. After nearly 14 years in the aviation buisness, the only thing I'm certain of is that nothing is certain.
