And what about the girl on the second flight? Where there was an empty seat next to her, yet your attendant felt the need to chastise her for being fat? THERE WAS NO ONE SITTING NEXT TO HER!
All Kevin wants is for you to come clean and just say the truth. He was not kicked off for not being able to fit in his seat. Say that, and point out the yet to be named employee who singled him out (because so far, it wasn't the pilot which was claimed to him that it was), and tell him the REAL reason why that person kicked him off.
But it seems there can't be any civil discourse with a large corporation without their "suits" getting in the way of common courtesy.
