Dear Concerned SWA Employee - Agree that our Culture needs to be protected - it's what makes working here so special. As someone who spent seven years living in Denver, I can tell you that Frontier has a very strong Culture, similar to our in its commitment to Customer Service and the genuine affections it garners from its Customers. I think their Employees would actually mesh well with our Culture.

That is if you keep everything that is their product, airline, and culture which you won't. You'll do to Frontier exactly what you did to Morris, Muse, ATA, and what American did to TWA. In 5 years you'd never know that they existed. We're not stupid. We know what you're really planning to do and that is squash a good competitor that alot of people like for your less perky product. If you were to incorporate their assigned seating, seat back tv, Lynx to get to smaller cities from your bigger markets like BWI, MDW, BNA, MCO, PHX, etc. etc, then that would be different but I just don't believe it. All I can see is TWA in STL.
