Thank You, Thank You, Thank You, Thank You and a BIG Thank You from a Southwest Airline fan and flyer from Tucson, AZ. that goes to Newark at least 2 X a year. I have had to endure American Airlines horrible service with delays averaging 4 hours. Now could you please have flights scheduled on more days of the week. A direct flight would also.be fabulous. Maybe one to Portland, Oregon too would be on my wish list.
I love Southwest's customer service, flight service, and everything about the airline.
